Account Information Accuracy

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process and to keep that information up to date at all times. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and any other information requested by baj666 for the purpose of identity verification or Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes issued to your registered mobile number. baj666 will never contact you to request your password. You must notify baj666 customer support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

Account Verification

baj666 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to all accounts. You may be required to submit valid identity documents — including a national identification card, passport, or driving licence — at the time of registration, during a withdrawal request, or at any other point determined by baj666. Failure to complete the verification process within the timeframe requested may result in suspension of account activity, including deposits, withdrawals, and wagering.

Account Closure

Upon closure, any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided that the balance is not subject to active bonus wagering restrictions.

Deposits

Deposits to your baj666 account must be made via the approved payment methods listed within the platform, which include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and supported Bangladeshi bank accounts. Withdrawals

Where a bonus has been credited to your account, the full bonus wagering requirement must be satisfied before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus and bonus-derived winnings being removed from the account balance, with only the original deposit amount eligible for return.

Currency

All baj666 account balances, deposits, bets, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied at any stage of the transaction process for Bangladeshi players using supported local payment methods. The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to represent BDT amounts.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through a third-party payment provider in respect of any deposit made to baj666 constitutes a breach of these Terms. baj666 reserves the right to suspend the relevant account, recover the reversed amount from any remaining account balance, and pursue the matter through available legal or financial remedies where appropriate.

Wagering Requirements

Changes to Promotions

baj666 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any promotional offer at any time. Where an offer is withdrawn or modified after a player has already opted in, any bonus funds already credited and partially wagered will be assessed on a case-by-case basis at baj666's reasonable discretion.

All content available on the baj666 platform — including but not limited to the brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, game content provided by third-party studios, and promotional materials — is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. • Loss of data, account information, or transaction records resulting from technical failure, cyberattack, or events outside baj666's control.
• Any financial loss incurred through gambling activity on the baj666 platform, including the loss of deposited funds as a result of wagering.
• Reliance on any information, odds, statistics, or game outcomes displayed on the platform, which are provided for entertainment purposes only.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any Bangladesh bank.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit baj666's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Bangladeshi law.

Severability
